This is 360 Montana. This gorgeous Mountain House has been fully renovated and it is located in Marion, Montana on the shores of Lake McGregor, 30 minutes outside of Kalispell, Montana. The International Airport in Kalispell is only a 40 minute drive from 360 Montana. Numerous flights come in daily on United, American, Allegiant and Alaska Airlines.
The house has two large and bright bedrooms upstairs (both with king beds), full kitchen, full bathroom, living room, dining room, laundry room, wood burning fireplace, and huge deck with gas BBQ on the top floor. Downstairs you will find another living room, wood fireplace, two bedrooms (one with a king and the other with full bunks and a separate full bed) and jack and jill full bathroom with a tub. A large deck opens up from the living room to the ground level. The house has forced heat, A/C and a gas stove top.
The property also has a new dock, partially shaded. The house is very private and secluded within 16 acres. Our treed property affords privacy.
Enjoy paddle boarding, rafting, kayaking, and swimming. Or bring your boat, launch from our property, and enjoy numerous lake sports.
The Lodge on Lake McGregor is a 5 minute drive to the North and offers a bar, food, and grocery items. The Hilltop Bar and Grill to the South in Marion offers food, a bar, entertainment, gambling, and a gas station/convenience store. Across the street is a restaurant providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Lake McGregor is a fishing, waterskiing, and boating lake. It is naturally spring fed. Winter/Fall activities include: ice fishing, hiking, snow mobiling, hunting, cross country skiing, and 45 minutes away snow skiing at Big Mountain Ski Resort within the gorgeous ski resort town of Whitefish, Mt. Here you will find restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
Spring/Summer activities include: fishing, hiking, hunting, swimming, boating, water skiing, surfing, wake boarding, and all summer lake sports.
